Deposit Policy for Holiday Period

(10th Dec 2022 to 27th Jan 2023)

To ensure that all bookings are properly utilized during the holiday period, Those Lashes will be implementing a non-refundable deposit for all our services. The deposit will be used to offset your final bill.

1. Deposit Amount

  • Lash Appointments – $25
  • Touch-up – $10
  • Manicure – $15
  • Pedicure – $15
 
Please make the payment by PayNow to Mobile No. 8180 2828. Do indicate your name & last 4 digit of your HP number and send us a screenshot for confirmation.

2. Payment

  • The Deposit is payable upon booking;
  • Your appointment is not confirmed until receipt of the deposit and will be cancelled after 72 hours without receiving your payment;

3. Date/Time Changes

  • You are allowed for ONE date/time change at least 24 hours before your appointment;
  • Any changes less than 24 hours will forfeit your deposit, unless (at our discretion) due to extra-ordinary circumstances;

4. Reminders

  • You will receive a reminder 2 days before your appointment so that you have ample time to change your appointment should you not be able to make it;
  • You will receive a final reminder by Whatsapp the day before your appointment.

5. Punctuality

  • Please arrive punctually for your appointment, especially during this busy holiday period.
  • If you are late for more than 15 mins, Those Lashes reserve the right not to serve you if it causes undue disruption to the following appointments.
  • If we are unable to find another slot for you, your deposit will be forfeit;
  • If you fail to turn up for your appointment, the deposit shall be considered forfeit;

6. Cancellation & Refund

  • The deposit shall not be refunded in cash but as credit;
  • The credit amount may be used for another appointment after the holiday periods;
  • This only applies to cancellations made more than 24 hours before your appointment.

1. Booking Details

    1. The customer shall be responsible for entering the correct contact information during the booking.
    2. The system will send a confirmation via email. Should the customer not receive a confirmation email, she shall contact Those Lashes through publicly available channels preferably via Whatsapp, Instagram DM or Facebook Messenger to double confirm her contact and appointment details.

2. Booking Confirmation

    1. All appointments made on the system are confirmed unless otherwise informed by Those Lashes.
    2. Whatsapp is the default mode of communication. If the customer does not use Whatsapp, she shall duly contact Those Lashes via other channels.
    3. A reminder shall be sent via Whatsapp on the day before your appointment around the end of the work day.
    4. The booking shall be considered confirmed even when such reminder is not received.
    5. No deposit or pre-payment is required unless you have previously failed to turn up for an appointment (See Item 5)

3. Amendments & Cancellation

    1. Those Lashes reserves the right to amend or cancel the booking at any time.
    2. Should the customer need to amend or cancel the appointment, she shall contact Those Lashes no less than 4 hours in advance, preferably during working hours.

4. Punctuality

    1. Please be on time for your appointment.
    2. Should you expect to be late by more than 15 minutes, please inform us at least 1 hour in advance so as to allow us sufficient time to make the necessary adjustments to our schedule.
    3. Depending on our schedule, Those Lashes may be required to reschedule your appointment if you expect to be late by more than 30 minues.
    4. Those Lashes reserves the right to turn you away if you arrive late for more than 30 minutes without sufficient notice.
5. No-Show Policy
    1. Those Lashes adopts a three strike policy towards customers who do not turn up for their appointment aka No-Show without informing Those Lashes at least 4 business hours in advance.
    2. The customer receives a strike for every instance of No-Show unless due to unforeseen circumstances (i.e compassionate ground, act of God, etc.)
    3. The customer shall be informed of her strike status at her next booking.
    4. A customer with ONE strike shall be subject to the following:
      1. a non-refundable deposit of S$15 (Singapore Dollars Fifteen Only) before the booking is considered confirmed (item 2 above no longer applies);
      2. Said deposit will then be used to offset the cost of the service rendered or shall be forfeited if the customer does not show up;
      3. Deposit to be paid via PayNow to +65 8180 2828 not less than 24 hours before the appointment, or immediately if the appointment is less than 24 hours away.
      4. The customer may amend or cancel her appointment at least 12 business hours in advance;
      5. Only one amendment is allowed, after which the deposit is considered forfeited and required to be paid again.
    5. A customer with TWO strikes shall be subject to the following:
      1. Full payment for the booked service in advance before the booking is considered confirmed (item 2 above no longer applies);
      2. Such pre-payment shall be forfeited if the customer does not show up;
      3. Payment to be made via PayNow to +65 8180 2828 not less than 24 hours before the appointment, or immediately if the appointment is less than 24 hours away.
      4. The customer may amend or cancel her appointment at least 12 business hours in advance;
      5. Only one amendment is allowed, after which the prepayment is considered forfeited and required to be paid again.
    6. A customer with THREE strikes shall be subject to the following:
      1. Full payment for the booked service in advance before the booking is considered confirmed (item 2 above no longer applies);
      2. Such pre-payment shall be forfeited if the customer does not show up;
      3. ayment to be made via PayNow to +65 8180 2828 not less than 24 hours before the appointment, or immediately if the appointment is less than 24 hours away.
      4. The customer may amend or cancel her appointment at least 12 business hours in advance;
      5. Only one amendment is allowed, after which the prepayment is considered forfeited and required to be paid again.
      6. The booking shall be put on a low-priority mode, meaning it can (1) be cancelled by Those Lashes at any time before confirmation or (2) be cancelled with a full refund so as to be offered to other interested customers.
    7. A customer with more than three strikes shall be subject to the following:
      1. The same conditions as stated for THREE strikes and;
      2. Those Lashes reserves the right to reject any booking made by said customer before receiving any payment.
    8. Those Lashes reserves the right to amend or cancel the booking at any time as per 3a with a full refund of any deposit or pre-payment made.

6. Privacy

    1. Those Lashes reserves the right to publish any photo or video of our work done on you on our social media accounts.
    2. You may request for your photo or video to be removed if you feel necessary.
    3. Your personal information shall not be revealed to a third party without your consent.

7. Agreement

    1. You are deemed to have agreed to the above terms & conditions should you turn up for your appointment.
    2. Those Lashes reserves the right to waive or enforce item 4 and 5 at our discretion.
